The UK has some stunning hills and mountains, all waiting to be explored by you! Being able to navigate through our mountains, hills and moorlands with ease is an incredibly valuable skill to have. Our Introduction to Navigation Course will teach you how to use and interpret a map, and journey effectively across the hillsides.

• Interpreting map features

• Orientating the map to relate it to the land

• Journeying effectively 

• Basic relocation tactics

• Use of the compass as an aid to navigation

• Emergency kit and how to effect a rescue

Minimum of 2 people

Reductions available for bookings of more than 2 people, or multiple days

NB: Course can be provided for 1 person at a cost of £150 per day
