Wellbeing and Mental Health Day

1 day course

£90 pp

Coure ratio: 1:8

Location: Peak District

With all of life's stresses and pressures, it's all too easy to get caught up, burnt out and forget to take some time out for yourself. Climbing is one of the best activities to help promote mental wellbeing and boost your mood. Focusing on the simple purity of physical movement over rock brings an almost meditative-like state, combined with the release of endorphins from getting a full body workout as well as being surrounded by a sociable and supportive group. Our Wellbeing Days are designed to give you a chance to reset and reboot amongst like-minded people.

All of our courses are run by highly qualified and experienced Mountaineering and Climbing Instructors (formerly MIA) who are members of the Association of Mountaineering Instructors, so you know you are in good hands when it comes to knowledge, safety and tailored, progressive teaching to help you get the most from your course.
