RockUp - Climbing Terms and Conditions

Booking

To confirm a booking, a completed booking form along with 25% deposit of the course fee is required, or payment in full if booked less than 3 weeks in advance. The 25% deposit is non refundable. The full balance of payment is due 3 weeks before the start of your course. A confirmation of booking will be issued within 7 days of receipt of a completed booking form and deposit.

Payments can be made via electronic bank transfer, Paypal or cash.

Booking Alterations

RockUp-Climbing will endeavour to accommodate any changes to group numbers. An increase to participant numbers can only be made by prior arrangement. No refunds are issued for a decrease to participant numbers and deposits are non-transferable.

On the day of your activity, all participants will be required to arrive at the time stated on their booking confirmation. Late arrival without prior contact to Rock-Up Climbing may result in your course not taking place, or the duration of the course being reduced.

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation or ‘no show’ by the participant(s), RockUp-Climbing will not offer a refund or alternative date.

We reserve the right to cancel a course due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond the control of RockUp-Climbing. In such an event, the course will be rearranged to a mutually convenient date. If that is not possible, a credit note will be issued. If the former arrangements are not viable then a refund will be issued. We will not be liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants in such circumstances.

Insurance

RockUp-Climbing holds ‘Professional Indemnity’ and ‘Public Liability’ insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request.

RockUp-Climbing bookings do not include personal travel or accident insurance. We strongly recommend that you are insured for your activity with us and that groups take out travel insurance to protect against financial loss in the event of cancellation.

Property is in all circumstances the sole responsibility of the customer.
