Introduction to Bouldering
Interested in starting climbing but not wanting to get tangled in ropes or place gear? Then bouldering is the answer! Short problems, that quickly improve your climbing movement, allow you to practice everything from slab smearing, sloper pulling to cranking through roofs. It's a great way to train for climbing, get strong and have an all round body workout at the same time!
Our Introduction to Bouldering Courses operate indoors at a variety of bouldering facilities throughout the UK.
Key Course Information:
Rock shoes and chalk can be provided
Course focuses on safe use of indoor bouldering facilities, effective use of climbing shoes, climbing movement, route reading and climbing tactics
Training tips for bouldering can also be included
Course duration: 1 day
